We got a call last night that my Great Grandma Avey had passed away. She was 96 years old and had been in a nursing home for the past couple of years. Her passing wasn't necessarily unexpected, but it was still upsetting to hear about. Growing up we were fortunate enough to be able to have spent quite a bit of time with her, so we knew her well. She was such a sweet lady. Not only was she a HUGE Cincinnati Reds fan, but she also LOVE watching WWF wrestling. She had the greatest sense of humor, which must have been where my Grandma Cromley and her sisters got theirs from. We're confident that we'll see her again, and we are rejoicing that she's now in the presence of our Lord and Savior and has been reunited with her loved ones.
We'll miss you, Great Grandma – thanks for all the great memories!
