Tasty Thursdays - Chicken/Beef Enchiladas

Okay folks, we're trying something new here in Libbyland. In an effort to try and organize my recipes and be able to quickly locate my favorites, I've been trying to get them all typed up on 3 x 5 cards. Not only will this help ME, but it'll be a HUGE benefit to YOU as well...assuming you cook. I'm all about recipe sharing!!

So, without further ado, here's the very first edition of TASTY THURSDAYS!!! Here's my recipe that I modified from allrecipes.com that I wrote about last week. You should be able to click on the image (it should open up in another window and appear larger) and then save it to your computer - it's in 3 x 5 format, so print it up and file it away in your recipe box.
