Florida: Day 3

Today wasn't quite as action-packed as the first two days here. The kids both had rough nights and were up at 6:30am, so that left us all in a little bit of a fog until mid-morning. We spent some time just hanging out and playing after breakfast. Then we headed out for the Twins game. I guess I didn't really pay attention to what time it was when we left for the game, but we got there and then I heard someone say it was an hour and a half until game time. Hmmm...perfect – nothing better than trying to entertain two little kids for an hour and a half right at naptime and in the scorching heat. Well, we lasted not even half way through the first inning...then I drove the kids and Grandma back to the condo and went back to the game. I think if we would have timed it better the kids would have lasted for a few innings, but oh well.

After we got home from the game we just did a few things around the condo grounds and then got ready for the big "Golf Banquet" here at the Clubhouse. The kids did okay, but I think grabbing a bite at McDonalds would have been a better idea. Oh well.

Tomorrow we're planning to go swimming in the pool for a while, then after naps we'll probably venture out and find something fun to do. That's all for today!
